    Aby Abdullah Ganis

    Indonesian citizen, living in Jakarta, earned his Master of Business Administration from Coventry University, London, UK in 2018, after completed his Bachelor of Business majoring Law & Management from Monash University, Australia in 2013. Started his career in Radiant Group in 2013-2016 in the Marketing & Business Development Division and continued since 2018 until now.

    He is also actively involve for business development in Brawijaya Group. Currently, he is holding position as President Commissioner in PT Radiant Nusa Investama and managerial position in various companies established and initiated by Radiant Group. He was appointed as President Director of the Company on May 2024.

    Soeharto Nurcahyono

    Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. Earned his Bachelor degree in Accountancy from University of Indonesia in 1997. Has several certifications of expertise in the accountancy, there are Registrasi Negara Akuntan (RNA) from Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, Chartered Accountant (CA) from Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia dan Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from The Institute of Certified Management Accountant (Australia).

    He began his professional career in 1997 as an Auditor in KPMG and Ernst & Young with the last position as Assurance & Advisory Business Services Manager. His career then continued in business sector building materials in 2006 with PT Petrojaya Boral Plasterboard (Lafarge Boral Gypsum in Asia) as various position. In 2011 join as Management Senior Finance in PT Chitra Paratama, one of Trakindo Group’s trading and retail Business Company. In 2012, he joined Radiant Group as several functions and position, namely Project Control, Accounting & Tax, Corporate Reporting & Performance Management, Corporate Strategic Planning dan Corporate Shared Services.

    Bibin Busono

    Indonesian Citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. Earned his Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Indonesia in 1988 and Business Law Program Magister from Trisakti University in 2013. He started his career in Unilever in 1989-1996. He, then appointed as Director of Surabaya Stock Exchange (SSX) in 1996, where he established the first open market trading platform for government bond markets in SSX. He later became the CFO of Danareksa and after that served as Principal Risk Advisor at Ernst & Young advising clients in various sectors. He then became the CFO of LONSUM, a multi-crop plantation company until 2007. In 2011, he was recruited as the CFO of PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IFF) and served as Commissioner of PT Pengembang Pelabuhan Indonesia until 2015. He continued as CFO PT Kamadjaja Logistics until 2019. During 2020-2022 as the board members assisting portfolio value creation through a corporate action process in several companies in F&B, hospitality and healthcare. He was appointed as Director of the Company on May 2024.
