EIA/AMDAL/ESHIA is a study of the important impacts on the environment of a company planned business and/or activities, for used as a prerequisite for decision making regarding the implementation of business and/or activities as well contained in Business Licensing or approval Central Government or Regional Government or Lenders requirement.
EIA/AMDAL can be defined as identifying, estimating, and evaluating the environmental impacts of existing and business and/or activities planned, by conducting environmental studies, to mitigate the relevant negative effects prior to making decisions and commitments.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT EFFORT AND ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING PLAN
Environmental Management Effort and Environmental Monitoring Plan (UKL-UPL) is business and/or activities management and monitoring that do not have a significant impact on the environment for the decision-making process about carrying out business and/or activities. All of activities that not included in the mandatory AMDAL/EIA have to be completed with UKL-UPL document.

LABORATORY &SAMPLING ANALYSIS AND RKL-RPL/UKL-UPL IMPLEMENTATION MONITORING SERVICES
Evaluating how the activities and the implementation of RKL-RPL/UKL-UPL meet and comply with the regulations and quality standards. Improvement in the environmental management of business and/or activities should be developed based on the result of laboratory analysis and data analysis.

ENVIRONMENTAL BASELINE ASSESSMENT
Environmental Baseline Assessment/EBA is the current state of the ecosystem are determined prior to the commencement of a project and the subsequent potential effects. The report shall be covered the ge0-physical-chemical, biology, social, and health aspects.

ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT
An environmental site assessment (also known as ESA, environmental due diligence, Environmental Final Assessment/EFA, and all appropriate inquiry) is commonly done prior to commercial or industrial property transactions to assess the likelihood of contamination and the liability for cleanup if contamination is found.
Scope of Work (SOW):- Phase I (Data collection; Records review; Site Reconnaissance; Interviews; Evaluation)
