ASEAN CG Scorecard

Radiant Group has implemented ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard which was issued by ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and the Asian Development. The implementation of ACGS focuses on 3 main objectives which are:
1. Improving the standards and practices of corporate governance among publicly listed companies in ASEAN 
2. Enhancing global competitiveness for ASEAN publicly listed companies with good corporate governance and demonstrating to the global community that our companies are places for investment 
3. Complementing other ACMF initiatives and promoting ASEAN as a group of asset classes
